Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Night shift in Naperville, IL. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week, rotating weekends and holidays, with an hourly pay range of $37.25 to $57.74 and a $25,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, critical assessments, care planning and documentation, and supporting unit goals within Labor & Delivery nursing. Requires an Illinois RN license and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree and active RN license in Illinois.
• BLS, ACLS, C-EFM and NRP certifications or plans to obtain within stated timelines.
• Labor and delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care in line with the Illinois Nursing Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Assesses patient condition, plans and evaluates care, monitors progress, and documents observations.
• Delegates appropriate patient care tasks to other staff and works as a team member to meet unit goals.
• Performs duties consistent with unit specifics, shift variations, and patient needs.
