UChicago Medicine AdventHealth seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Night shift at Hinsdale, IL. The nurse will perform comprehensive assessments, create and adjust individualized care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families to promote health and safety.

Schedule is 36 hours per week, nights 6:45pm–7:15am, with rotating weekends and holidays. Starting pay is $37.50/hour, with potential salary increases up to 20% through the Clinical Ladder Program based on

Formación

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced certifications listed as preferred indicate specialty areas (CCNS, NEONATAL MED, PEARS, OB/GYN RDMS, etc.).
• Minimum 1+ year of acute care hospital experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients comprehensively across physiological and psychosocial dimensions.
• Develop and modify individualized care plans per standards of care.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families to promote understanding and adherence; coordinate care with staff.
