Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System's St. Francis Hospital in Litchfield, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Women and Infant Team. Ideal candidates are patient-focused, mission-driven caregivers, responsible for medical assessments for both baby and mother.

The role is full-time, 36 hours per week, nights (7 pm–7 am) every 3rd week, with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. Bachelors in Nursing preferred; Labor and Delivery experience required; BLS required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's-Nursing - Preferred.
• Labor and Delivery Experience Required.
• Licensed in the state of practice-Required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS)-Required.
• Certification in area of specialty - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical assessments for both baby and mother.
• Deliver nursing care as part of the Women and Infant Team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure mother-baby care quality.
