Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift at Evanston Hospital in Evanston, IL. The role is full-time (36 hours/week) with 1900-0730 hours and weekend rotation.

A $25,000 sign-on bonus is offered for Labor and Delivery experience. Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, collaborating with the care team, and ensuring safe, compassionate nursing care for diverse patient populations.

Qualifications

• Current IL nursing license is required.
• NLN accredited nursing program is preferred; BSN preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association is required.
• 2 years of labor and delivery or acute care nursing experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops a care plan with interventions to meet expected outcomes.
• Performs patient assessment and health data collection from patient, family and care team.
• Communicates care plan to patient and family and to the physician and care team.
• Educates patient and family based on assessment, learning needs, and preferences.
