Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Night Shift at Evanston Hospital in Evanston, IL. This full-time role requires delivering safe, compassionate care and collaborating with the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Schedule: 1900-0730, 36 hours per week with weekend rotation. Eligible candidates have IL RN licensure, BSN preferred, BLS/CPR certification, and 2 years labor and delivery or acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Current IL RN licensure is required.
• NLN-accredited nursing program graduate with BSN preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a care plan to achieve expected outcomes.
• Evaluates patient progress and revises diagnoses and interventions as needed.
• Performs patient assessment and collects health data with family involvement.
• Communicates plan of care to patient, family, and interdisciplinary team.
• Provides patient and family teaching tailored to learning needs.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and participates in quality initiatives.
