Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks a Registered Nurse for night shift at Evanston IL, full-time with 36 hours/week. 1900-0730 hours, weekend rotations, call every six weeks, and sign-on bonus of $25,000 for 18 months Labor & Delivery experience.

The RN will deliver safe, compassionate care across patient populations, collaborate with a clinical team, and participate in education and research activities. HIPAA compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in IL required.
• Graduate of NLN accredited nursing program; BSN strongly preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required from the American Heart Association.
• 2 years Labor and Delivery or acute care nursing experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care to meet outcomes and revises it as needed.
• Performs patient assessment and health data collection with family involvement.
• Communicates plan of care and patient data to family and interdisciplinary team.
• Provides patient and family teaching tailored to learning needs and culture.
• Supports colleagues and participates in professional development.
• Nurtures a compassionate environment and assists with procedures as needed.
• Aids in injections, IV management, and related nursing duties.
• Participates in performance improvement and evidence-based care,
