Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, CO, is seeking a registered nurse for night shift roles. The position offers full-time or per diem opportunities with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time nights. A PRN rate of $47 per hour applies.

Join a team dedicated to compassionate elder care in a continuing care retirement community. Applicants must hold a Colorado RN license and CPR certification. Prior experience with seniors and EMR systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license required.
• CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross) required.
• Experience caring for seniors or cognitive impairment preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, internet and web applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, supporting physical, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Perform clinical duties in accordance with state nurse practice act and standards.
• Promote independence by setting care goals and teaching residents and families.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Assist with routine nursing care with care associates as needed.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and administer medications as ordered.
