Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing team. The role offers night shifts with full-time or per diem options, a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time nights, and a strong emphasis on resident-centered care.

Qualifikationen

• Must have an active Colorado RN license.
• CPR certification required (AHA or Red Cross).
• Basic computer skills including MS Office, internet and web apps.

Aufgaben

• Develop relationships with residents and families, supporting physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Perform clinical duties in accordance with state nurse practice act and standards.
• Promote independence by setting care goals and teaching residents and family members.
• Monitor residents' clinical status and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Work with care associates to provide routine nursing care as needed.
• Maintain infection prevention, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered.
• Develop and coordinate holistic care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Respect resident preferences in the EMR and care routines.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.

Kenntnisse

Active Colorado RN license

CPR certification

Electronic medical record experience

Basic computer skills (MS Office, web)
