Endeavor Health is offering RN New Graduate Residency Programs across several hospital locations in Illinois for the March 15, 2027 cohort. The program supports newly licensed RNs with clinical orientation, classroom education, simulation, mentorship, peer support, evidence-based practice, and quality improvement.

Hospitals include Edward, Elmhurst, Evanston, Glenbrook, Highland Park, Northwest Community, Skokie, and Swedish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or higher preferred.
• ADN-prepared nurses may be considered based on hospital-specific requirements and approval.
• Current CPR/BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Current Illinois RN license, or eligibility for license-pending employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Participate in clinical orientation, classroom education, simulation, group discussion, and reflective learning.
• Develop bedside skills through supervised practice and experiential learning.
• Use clinical equipment, documentation systems, and electronic health records.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interprofessional team.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Engage in evidence-based practice and quality improvement projects.
