Endeavor Health is seeking registered nurses for its RN New Graduate Residency Programs across multiple hospital locations in Illinois. The program offers clinical orientation, classroom education, simulation, mentorship, and structured transitions into professional practice.

Locations include Edward Naperville, Elmhurst, Evanston, Glenview, Highland Park, Arlington Heights, Skokie, and Swedish Chicago, with full‑time schedules rotating days/nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred for RN residency programs.
• ADN may be considered based on hospital-specific requirements.
• ADN nurses must obtain BSN within five years of starting the RN position.
• Current CPR/BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Current Illinois RN license or eligibility for license-pending employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, professional nursing care aligned with the Illinois Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Participate in clinical orientation, classroom education, simulation, and reflective learning.
• Develop bedside skills through supervised practice and experiential learning.
• Use electronic health records and clinical equipment appropriately.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and respond effectively.
• Progress toward critical thinking, clinical judgment, and anticipating patient needs.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interprofessional team.
• Apply conflict-management strategies to promote safe, timely care.
• Participate in discussions on ethical issues, including end‑of‑life care and palliative transitions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to improve patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Engage in evidence-based practice and quality improvement projects.
