Job summary
Endeavor Health is offering RN New Graduate Residency Programs across several Illinois hospital locations for the March 15, 2027 cohort. The program provides structured orientation, classroom education, simulation, mentorship, peer support, evidence-based practice, and quality improvement to help new graduates transition to practice.
Locations include Edward Naperville, Elmhurst, Evanston, Glenview, Highland Park, Northwest Community Arlington Heights, Skokie, and Swedish Chicago.
Qualifications
- CPR/BLS certification required for RN practice.
- Current Illinois RN license or eligibility.
- BSN preferred; ADN considered with progression plan.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, professional, patient-centered nursing care.
- Participate in clinical orientation, classroom education, simulation, mentorship, and peer support.
- Develop bedside skills through supervised practice and experiential learning.
- Use clinical equipment, documentation systems, and EHRs appropriately.
- Recognize changes in patient condition and respond effectively.
- Collaborate with the interprofessional team to promote optimal outcomes and continuity of care.
