Job summary
Endeavor Health is offering RN New Graduate Residency Programs across six northeast Illinois hospitals, including Edward Naperville and Elmhurst locations, with structured orientation, simulation, mentorship, and evidence-based practice. The March 15, 2027 cohort provides clinical rotations in Cardiac Telemetry, Oncology, Pulmonary Medicine, and more.
Candidates must have BSN preferred or ADN with pathway to BSN, and hold or be eligible for Illinois RN licensure with CPR/BLS certification.
Qualifications
- BSN preferred for RN residency roles.
- ADN-prepared nurses may be considered.
- Current CPR/BLS certification required.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, professional nursing care in accordance with state laws and hospital policies.
- Participate in clinical orientation and education activities.
- Develop bedside skills through supervised practice and learning.
- Document using EHR systems and nursing protocols.
- Recognize changes in patient condition and respond promptly.
- Collaborate with interprofessional team to ensure safe care.
