Endeavor Health is offering RN New Graduate Residency Programs across multiple hospital locations in Illinois for the March 15, 2027 cohort. The program includes clinical orientation, classroom education, simulation, mentorship, peer support, and evidence-based practice to help newly licensed nurses transition to professional practice.

Hospitals involved include Edward, Elmhurst, Evanston, Glenbrook, Highland Park, Northwest Community, Skokie, and Swedish locations with a structured rotation and

Qualifications

BSN or higher preferred.
Associate Degree in Nursing may be considered.
ADN must obtain BSN within five years.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care per Illinois nurse practice act.
Participate in orientation, classroom education, simulation, and reflective learning.
Develop bedside skills through supervised practice and experiential learning.
Use electronic health records appropriately.
Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition.
Advance from task-based learning to critical thinking and clinical judgment.
