Job summary

Endeavor Health is offering RN New Graduate Residency Programs across Edward, Elmhurst, Evanston, Glenbrook, Highland Park, Northwest Community, Skokie and other partner hospitals in Illinois. The cohort starts March 15, 2027, with full-time, rotating schedules and comprehensive clinical rotation across units.

The program supports newly licensed RNs through orientation, classroom education, simulation, mentorship, and evidence-based practice, with placement across multiple specialties and magnet

Qualifications

• BSN or higher preferred.
• ADN may be considered depending on hospital requirements and approval.
• ADN-prepared nurses generally must obtain a BSN or higher within five years of starting the RN position.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois RN Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Participate in clinical orientation, classroom education, simulation, group discussion, and reflective learning.
• Develop bedside skills through supervised practice and experiential learning.
• Use clinical equipment, documentation systems, and electronic health records appropriately.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and respond effectively.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
