Job summary

NCHA in New Hampshire is seeking a Registered Nurse - New Graduate to join a comprehensive orientation and mentorship program. You will develop critical nursing skills in a structured training environment and gain confidence through hands-on practice and simulation experiences.

Eligibility includes RN licensure in the state and ADN/BSN from an accredited program. A formal orientation will include simulation, with ongoing professional development and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Current RN license or eligibility to obtain RN license in practiced state.
• BLS or Heartsaver CPR AED certification with renewal as required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in formal orientation and hands-on training.
• Deliver patient care under supervision while following protocols.
• Engage in simulation training to develop clinical and decision-making skills.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to implement care plans.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the team.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-treatment care.
• Document care in electronic medical records.
