Job summary

North Country HealthCare, Inc. in New Hampshire is seeking a Registered Nurse – New Graduate for a structured orientation and mentorship program to develop essential clinical skills and professional confidence.

New graduates will enter a comprehensive training track with simulation experiences, delivering high-quality patient care while preparing for NCLEX within six months of hire and pursuing ongoing career development opportunities.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an ADN or BSN.
Current and valid RN license or eligibility to obtain RN license in the practicing state.
Basic Life Support (BLS) or Heartsaver CPR AED, with renewal, within the allowed grace period.

Responsibilities

Participate in a formal orientation program with hands-on training and simulation sessions.
Deliver patient care under supervision of experienced nurses following established protocols.
Engage in simulation training to develop clinical and decision-making skills.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to implement patient care plans.
Monitor and record vital signs and report significant changes.
Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-treatment care.
Assist with procedures and management of medical equipment as required.
Document patient care in electronic medical records.
Receive feedback from mentors and preceptors to enhance growth.
Attend workshops and seminars for professional development.
