Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Active RN license or eligibility in practicing state.
• BLS or Heartsaver CPR/AED with renewal, grace period up to 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Participate in formal orientation with hands-on training and simulation.
• Deliver patient care under supervision of experienced nurses following protocols.
• Engage in simulation training to refine clinical and decision-making skills.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to implement care plans.
• Monitor and document vital signs and report changes promptly.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, care, and prevention.
• Assist with procedures and management of medical equipment.
• Document care in electronic medical records.
• Seek feedback from mentors to grow professionally.
• Attend workshops and trainings for ongoing development.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
