Job summary

North Country Healthcare (NCH) is seeking Registered Nurse - New Graduate to begin a structured orientation and mentorship program in New Hampshire. The role includes comprehensive training and simulated experiences to build confidence and clinical competence as you transition into professional practice.

You will participate in a formal orientation, deliver patient care under supervision, and engage in continuing education opportunities while preparing for NCLEX within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• RN license or eligibility to obtain RN license in the practicing state.
• BLS or Heartsaver CPR AED certification and renewal with up to 3-month grace period.

Responsibilities

• Participate in formal orientation and hands-on training.
• Deliver patient care under supervision of experienced nurses.
• Engage in simulation training to develop clinical skills.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team to implement care plans.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the team.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-treatment care.
• Document care activities in EMR accurately and timely.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to nursing standards.
