Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in formal orientation and hands‑on training.
• Deliver patient care under supervision of experienced nurses.
• Engage in simulation training to refine clinical and decision‑making skills.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team to implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and document patients' vital signs and respond to changes.
