North Country Healthcare (NCH) in New Hampshire is offering a Registered Nurse – New Graduate position with a comprehensive training and mentorship program to transition to professional practice.

The role includes a structured orientation, NCLEX eligibility within 6 months, and exposure to a range of clinical experiences while joining a supportive healthcare team. Commencement bonus of 7,500 USD is provided, with half at hire and half after six months.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with ADN or BSN.
• Current RN license or eligibility to obtain an RN license in the practicing state.
• BLS (or Heartsaver CPR AED) certification, renewal with up to a three-month grace period.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a formal orientation program with hands-on training and simulation sessions.
• Deliver patient care under supervision of experienced nurses following protocols.
• Engage in simulation training to develop clinical and decision-making skills.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to create and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report significant changes.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-treatment care.
• Assist with procedures and equipment management as required.
• Document patient care activities accurately in electronic medical records.
• Receive feedback from mentors to enhance professional growth.
