Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Medical-Surgical (Step Down) unit. Full-time, 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends and major holidays. Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

The Neurology-Neurosurgery unit focuses on complex neurological and post-surgical care; you’ll work in a collaborative, safety‑driven environment with strong leadership and staff support.

Qualifications

• Active state RN license and nursing degree from an accredited program.
• BLS and CPR certifications required; ACLS preferred.
• Minimum of one year of acute care nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care delivery with the care team while respecting diversity.
• Assess patients and participate in discharge planning.
• Develop and update individualized care plans and ensure medication safety.
