Qualifications

• Current state RN license.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Oncology Nursing Certification preferred or obtained upon eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Patient Care Team to deliver personalized, efficient care.
• Assess patients throughout stay and participate in discharge planning.
• Maintain compliance with safety, effectiveness and cost considerations in care planning.
• Provide patient and family teaching and support throughout treatment.
• Collaborate with physicians during rounds and document orders accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold standards of care and patient rights.
