Genesis Administrative Services LLC in York, PA is seeking a MDS Coordinator - RN to ensure timely, accurate MDS assessments and review of care plans across multidisciplinary teams in our long-term care facility.

You will coordinate Medicare/Medicaid case-mix documents, support reimbursement, and work with nursing, dietary, social services, rehabilitation and physician teams to uphold high standards of care.

Qualifications

• RN licensed with active licensure in good standing.
• At least 1 year of long-term care nursing experience.
• LPNs with MDS experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage Medicare/Medicaid case-mix documents for reimbursement.
• Conduct concurrent MDS reviews to maximize RUG categories.
• Integrate info from nursing, dietary, social services, rehab, and physician services.
