Qualifications

• RN licensure and nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Minimum one year of long-term care nursing experience.
• Experience with MDS assessment and care plan review.

Responsibilities

• Manage Medicare/Medicaid case-mix documentation for reimbursement.
• Conduct concurrent MDS reviews to maximize RUG categories.
• Coordinate information from nursing, dietary, social services, restorative and physician teams to ensure reimbursement.
