Aston Group in Florida is seeking an experienced RN or LPN to join as MDS Coordinator, leading resident assessments (MDS 3.0) and care plan development to drive quality and regulatory compliance.

As liaison among residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team, you will ensure timely submissions, monitor Medicare/Medicaid requirements, and support nursing staff development. This role offers competitive pay and opportunities to grow within our expanding network.

Qualifications

  • Active RN or LPN license in the state of employment.
  • Prior MDS Coordinator experience is highly preferred – however, we are willing to train the right nurse with strong clinical skills and a passion for learning.
  • Solid understanding of state and federal regulations governing long-term care.
  • At least two (2) years of clinical nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.
  • Proficiency or strong interest in learning MDS 3.0 and care plan development.
