Seaside-Health-and-Rehabilitation-Center is seeking an experienced MDS Director (RN) to lead our skilled nursing MDS coordination and compliance efforts on-site in Daytona Beach, FL. This full-time role requires an active RN license and strong leadership in MDS processes and regulatory adherence.

The ideal candidate has PDPM, RAI, and care planning expertise, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a track record of improving reimbursement through accurate documentation and team

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an MDS Lead or MDS Director.
• In-depth knowledge of PDPM, care planning, and RAI process.
• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the MDS process to ensure accuracy and timely submissions.
• Lead the interdisciplinary team in developing comprehensive care plans.
• Monitor reimbursement optimization under PDPM.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal documentation requirements.
• Educate and support facility staff on MDS protocols.
