Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of employment.
• Prior MDS Director experience is highly preferred – however, training can be provided for strong nurses.
• Solid understanding of state and federal long-term care regulations.
• At least two years of clinical nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.
• Proficiency or interest in learning MDS 3.0 and care plan development.

Responsibilities
