Salina Presbyterian Manor is seeking a dedicated RN with leadership experience to serve as MDS Coordinator. The role focuses on developing and completing the MDS in compliance with regulations, ensuring accurate resident assessments and a high quality of life for residents.

Formación

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must possess a current active RN license in this state.
• Previous supervisor experience in hospital, long-term care, or related health care.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures, and laws/regulations governing long-term care.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and complete the MDS in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines.
• Advance resident-centered care and ensure timely resident assessments.
