Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved nursing program.
• Registered Nursing (RN) license in good standing with NC Board of Nursing.
• Two to three years leadership experience.
• Two years of Minimum Data Set and PDPM.

Responsibilities

• Oversees generation of MDS for each resident and electronic submission within state-mandated timeframes.
• Ensures resident care is delivered as ordered by reviewing charts and rounds.
• Coordinates care plans with the interdisciplinary team and leads care plan meetings.
