Job summary

The role combines clinical leadership on the floor with administrative oversight, emphasizing accurate documentation and optimal reimbursement. RN licensure is required, with preferred geriatrics experience and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• RN in good standing with state licensing board.
• Clinical experience or specialty in geriatrics.
• Competence in PPS assessment and OBRA compliance.
• Excellent clinical assessment and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of state/federal regulations governing the center.

Responsibilities

• Direct and administer the RAI process to ensure accurate, timely resident assessments.
• Ensure assessments reflect residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial status for optimal reimbursement.
• Work on the floor with residents and staff as a working manager.
