Qualifikationen

• Direct and administer the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process to ensure accurate and timely assessments.
• Ensure documentation supports services and optimal reimbursement; maintain compliance with payor requirements.
• Maintain time on the floor with residents and staff as a working manager.
