Zusammenfassung

North Shore Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, ensuring accurate, timely assessments and optimal reimbursement while complying with Medicare, Medicaid, OBRA and other payors. The RN will oversee documentation, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain regulatory standards.

Strong clinical assessment, organization, and Microsoft skills required; 2+ years in geriatrics preferred.

Qualifikationen

• RN license in good standing with state board.
• Geriatrics knowledge or specialization.
• PPS assessment and OBRA compliance knowledge.
• Strong clinical assessment skills.
• Excellent organization and independent decision-making.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft products.
