Job summary

North Shore Healthcare is seeking a working manager RN to direct the RAI process, ensuring accurate assessments for reimbursement and compliance. This role requires hands-on time with residents and staff on the floor.

You will coordinate PPS/OBRA processes, maintain documentation accuracy, and lead clinical teams while upholding state and federal guidelines in a fast-paced post-acute care setting.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required and validated with state board.
• Geriatrics expertise and PPS/OBRA knowledge required.
• Strong assessment, documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and administer the RAI process to ensure accurate, timely resident assessments.
• Ensure assessments reflect physical, mental and psychosocial status for optimal reimbursement.
• Provide on-floor leadership and supervision with residents and staff while remaining compliant with regulations.
