Job summary

Courtyard Rehab in Florida is seeking a Unit Manager - RN/LPN to oversee daily operations in our skilled nursing setting. You will supervise RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, complete admissions and routine resident assessments, and ensure safety, comfort, and continuity of care.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN or LPN license in good standing, with experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs.
• Complete required admission and routine resident assessments.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living for residents.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation of care and events.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect residents and staff.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.

What You Will Do
