Job summary

Harborview Health Center of Augusta seeks a Unit Manager - RN/LPN to supervise nursing care for residents in a faith-based setting. You will oversee RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids, and coordinate admissions, assessments, and care plans.

Active RN or LPN license in good standing is required. Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred; a compassionate, team-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable.
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect residents and teammates.

What You Will Do

What You Must Have

• Active RN/LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
