Job summary

Glenwood Health Center by Harborview in Tennessee is seeking a dedicated Unit Manager - RN to supervise nursing staff and ensure safe, compassionate resident care. You will oversee RN/LPN charge nurses, CNAs, and medication administration, complete assessments, monitor conditions, and maintain clear documentation.

Active RN license in good standing is required. Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred but not required; we support growth and the right heart and mindset.

What You Will Do

What You Must Have
