Harborview Health Systems invites applications for a Unit Manager - RN. The role directs nursing care in our facility, supervising RN/LPN charge nurses, CNAs, and medication aides, while guiding admissions and resident assessments.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing in the state of practice.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Unit Manager - RN

What You Will Do

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates
• Other duties as assigned

What You Must Have

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.
