Job summary

Harborview Health Systems in Florida is seeking a Unit Manager - RN/LPN to lead nursing staff in a skilled nursing setting. You will supervise RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids, oversee admissions and resident care, and ensure safe, timely documentation.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Unit Manager - RN/LPN

What You Will Do

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates
• Other duties as assigned

What You Must Have

• Active RN/LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.
