Job summary

Courtyard Rehabilitation in Florida seeks a Unit Manager - RN/LPN to oversee care delivery, supervise RN/LPN Charge Nurses and CNAs, and ensure smooth operations in our skilled nursing setting.

You will conduct admissions and routine assessments, monitor resident conditions, participate in daily living activities, maintain timely documentation, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and families while upholding infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN/LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.
