Job summary

Roselane Health Center by Harborview in Marietta, GA is seeking a dedicated Unit Manager - RN to lead nursing staff and oversee resident care in a faith-based, supportive environment.

As a full-time supervisor of RN/LPN teams, you will coordinate medications, conduct assessments, document clearly, and ensure safety and compassionate care with ongoing education and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RN/LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise medications and treatments with RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and aides.
• Complete admissions and routine resident assessments.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes for safety and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation.
• Communicate with interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated Unit Manager - RN/LPN

What You Will Do

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable

• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments

• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.

• Support activities of daily living

• Maintain clear, timely documentation

• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families

• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates

• Other duties as assigned

What You Must Have

• Active RN/LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.

• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.
