Job summary

Harborview Health Systems in Marietta, GA is seeking a dedicated Unit Manager - RN/LPN to lead the nursing team in a resident-centered setting. This role oversees medication delivery and clinical care, supervising RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids.

You will perform admissions and routine assessments, monitor resident conditions, ensure safety and continuity of care, and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Active RN/LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated Unit Manager - RN/LPN

What You Will Do

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable

• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments

• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.

• Support activities of daily living

• Maintain clear, timely documentation

• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families

• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates

• Other duties as assigned

What You Must Have

• Active RN/LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
