Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking an LPN Staff Development Coordinator to plan, organize, develop, and direct in-service education across our facility.

The role requires an active LPN license, a nursing diploma, and geriatric care experience; CPR certification is preferred. Responsibilities include staff training, record maintenance, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license in good standing.
• Nursing diploma required.
• CPR certification required or obtained during orientation.
• Teaching/education experience preferred.
• 1 year geriatric nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, direct, and coordinate staff training and orientation.
• Maintain associate training and in-service records.
• Provide staff nurse duties as required.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and professional attitude.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
