Job summary
AuthentiCare Health Centers in Megansett, MA is seeking an RN or LPN to join our Caring Family. You will provide resident-centered care across long-term, sub-acute, and memory care settings, applying strong clinical skills to support daily living and recovery.

Qualifications
- Licensed in MA as RN or LPN.
- Experience delivering medication administration.
- Familiar with PCC EMR and memory care protocols.
Responsibilities
- Assess resident health problems and needs; develop care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor progress and respond to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide care.
- Educate residents and families on health conditions and plans.
- Maintain accurate resident records in compliance with HIPAA.
