Royal Braintree Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Massachusetts is seeking an RN or LPN to provide compassionate, resident-centered care across long-term, sub-acute, and memory care units.

Qualifications

• Registered or Licensed Nurse in the state.
• Experience administering medications and treatments.
• Familiarity with PCC EMR and memory care protocols.

Responsabilités

• Assess resident health problems and develop nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident progress and respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Educate residents and families on health conditions and discharge.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA and regulations.
• Participate in case management for continuity of care.
• Support in specialized areas such as PT, OT, SUD, Pain Management.
