Qualifications

• Be a Registered or Licensed Nurse in the state.
• Proficient in medication administration.
• Experience with PCC EMR and memory care protocols.
• Ability to work with residents and families; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident health problems and implement nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident progress and respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Educate residents and families about health conditions and discharge.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA and regulations.
• Support in specialized areas such as PT, OT, SUD, Pain management.
