AuthentiCare Health Centers in North Reading, MA seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our caring family and provide high-quality long-term, sub-acute, and memory care. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support nursing staff in hospice care.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure).
• Respond promptly in emergencies to residents' needs.
• Assist nursing staff in hospice care for terminally ill patients.
• Help lift and transfer residents safely using proper techniques.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment adhering to infection control protocols.
• Document residents' information accurately and safeguard HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver comprehensive resident care.
