Royal Meadowview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in North Reading, MA is seeking an RN/LPN to join our caring family. You will provide high-quality long-term, sub-acute, and memory care with a resident-centered approach.

Formación

• Must hold an active MA RN or LPN license.
• Ability to administer medications and treatments.
• Experience with PCC EMR and memory care required.
• Knowledge of MDS assessments and long-term care regulations.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and healthcare teams.

Responsabilidades

• Assess resident health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor resident progress and respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate residents and their families regarding health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge.
