Job summary

Royal Health Group in Wayland, MA is seeking an RN/LPN to join our caring family at Wayland Nursing Home. Provide nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure residents' well-being.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, competitive hourly rates ($40.00–$53.50), weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits starting on day one, including health insurance and 401k, plus tuition reimbursement and EAP support.

Qualifications

Registered or Licensed Nurse in the state of MA.
Medication administration and MAR documentation.
Familiarity with PCC EMR and MDS assessments.

Responsibilities

Assess resident health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor resident progress and respond to changes in condition.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
Educate residents and families on health conditions and discharge plans.
Maintain accurate resident records following state/federal regulations.
Participate in case management to ensure continuity of care.
Support in PT, OT, SUD and pain management as needed.
