Qualifications

• Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited program.
• Active NH RN or LPN license; CPR certification required.
• Maintains CEUs annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care in accordance with facility policies and NH Nurse Practice Act.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to update and implement care plans.
• Follow falls prevention, infection control, and pain management protocols.
• Assess changes in residents' status and communicate with physicians and care team.
• Lead and supervise direct care staff and assign daily workloads.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents, families and team.
