RiverWoods Exeter is hiring a Full Time RN or LPN to provide direct resident care in a team-focused retirement community. The role operates 32 hours per week on a 3pm–11pm shift with a $3,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include care planning, medication administration, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident outcomes. Strong NH licensure and CPR are required, with prior long-term care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited program.
• Active RN/LPN license in New Hampshire; CEUs annually.
• CPR certification required; experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per facility policies and NH Nurse Practice Act.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to update and implement care plans.
• Apply care protocols (falls prevention, safety, infection control, pain management).
• Assess and document changes in residents’ status; communicate to physicians and care team.
• Provide leadership and delegation to direct caregivers; supervise care delivery.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families and staff to support communication.
• Administer medications and treatments per policies; manage narcotics securely.
• Support a positive culture for team members and residents.
